Operation procedure of slotting machine:

3. The main tool turns clockwise;
4. Before feeding and slotting, make sure that the pneumatic device is opened and the workpiece is pressed on the movable pushing table and is close to the positioning plate. Hands are not allowed to be close to the knife edge;
5. When the machine tool breaks down, the power supply shall be cut off immediately and the operation shall be stopped. Special personnel shall be assigned to repair and adjust the machine tool. The machine tool is not allowed to run with defects;
6. Before processing materials, first check whether there are iron nails, sand and stone joints on the cutting tools, and stainless steel grooving machine to prevent damage to the cutting tool knuckle flying out and injuring people;
7. The power supply of the machine tool must be cut off when the machine tool is cleaned, the lubricating oil is wiped, the saw blade is replaced and the scraps on the cutting edge are removed;
8. The machine tool shall be operated, adjusted and maintained by designated personnel, and personnel unfamiliar with the machine tool shall not be used;
9. Workers should wear ear plugs, goggles and other labor protection appliances during operation.
10. The maintenance of the machine shall be carried out according to the equipment operation, maintenance and maintenance system.
